Delivery

Yes we do. Order before 11am for a same day afternoon delivery and order before 4pm for a same day evening delivery.

We have 3 delivery schedules everyday which are:

9:30AM - 12:00PM

2:00PM - 6:0PM

6:00PM - 9:00PM

The best we can do for you is to assure that we deliver before a specific time. (Eg. delivery before 4pm)

Absolutely. Simply call us at +65 6383 1188 and our customer service staff will be happy to assist you.

An additional $10 (w/GST $10.70) delivery charge applies for any re-delivery in the event that we are unable to make a successful delivery.

Yes. We do deliver to all areas of Singapore.

An additional $10 (w/GST $10.70) delivery charge applies for deliveries to Sentosa island.

An additional $20 (w/GST $21.40) delivery charge applies for deliveries to Jurong island.

Payment

We accept Credit Card (Master/Visa/AMEX), Mobile Payments (DBS PayLah! , PayNow, OCBC Pay Anyone) and Cheque for corporate accounts.

Prices will be inclusive of GST and delivery once at checkout.

Order Modification

If you need to make changes or cancel your order, please call us at +65 6383 1188 or email us at info@joaquimflorist.com

Orders can be canceled at least 48 hours ahead of the scheduled delivery date.

To cancel an order, please call +65 6383 1188.

Any cancellation made less than 48 hours ahead of the scheduled delivery date will incur a cancellation fee.
