Regarding delivery

Shipping address would be the delivery (recipient) address. Billing address would be the invoice address.

Note: If its a gift to someone, please do not input recipient's address as the billing address.

We currently have 3 delivery slots available:

1) 9:00AM - 12:00PM - Please place your order at least one day in advance

2) 2:00PM - 6:00PM - Please place your order on the same day by 11:45AM. One day in advance for Sunday deliveries.

3) 6:00PM - 9:00PM - Please place your order on the same day by 3:45PM. One day in advance for Sunday deliveries.

Yes there are. Delivery fees are as detailed below:

Monday - Saturday and non-public holidays: $5.40

Sunday Morning: $10.90

Sunday Afternoon: $21.80

Sunday Evening: No delivery but can be requested at a surcharge.

Public Holiday Morning: $21.80

Public Holiday Afternoon: $32.70

Note: Deliveries to Sentosa, MBS, Airports & Jurong Island will incur delivery fee + surcharge. Please contact us at 6383 1188 or email us at for more information. Prices are inclusive of GST.

We do provide same day delivery. Please refer to the following information:

For deliveries between Monday - Saturday 2pm-6pm: Please place order before 1145am on the same day.

For deliveries between Monday - Friday 6pm-9pm: Please place order before 345pm on the same day.

All other delivery timings require at least one-day advance notice.

Currently we have no free delivery promotion running.

Yes you can. We do accept deliveries to all hospitals in Singapore.

Please note the following when sending a gift to a hospital:

1. Please provide full name and contact number of the recipient.

2. Be sure to check if the recipient has been discharged yet.

3. We cannot guarantee our delivery team will deliver directly to the recipient as hospitals have the right to receive the gift on the recipient's behalf at the ward counter.
