Pulut Hitam is traditionally a sweet porridge made from black glutinous rice with coconut milk. We have taken these classic flavours and transformed it into a cake, combining the earthy richness of the black glutinous rice with the creamy sweetness of the coconut. The black glutinous rice provides a unique textural contrast against the genoise sponge and coconut chantilly cream. It is also made with reduced sugar.
