Here's our interpretation of one of our most well loved local kueh. Layers of genoise sponge and fragrant pandan coconut mousse on top of a bed of blue pea infused glutinous rice. Topped and paired with a fresh light pandan chantilly border and toasted coconut flakes (packed separately).
